On December 3, the Preschool children started their day with a special morning assembly where they were told the story of St. Barbara and how strong her faith in Jesus was. She wore a disguise to run away from her persecutors and hid in the field full of tall wheat.
As it has been our tradition for years, preschoolers planted wheat on cotton and enjoyed putting on the masks they made in class to tour around the school in disguise, singing the traditional “Heshlé Barbara” rhyming song! KG3 children went further around the premises to visit the School Director, the Central Administration and the Principals’ offices. They were received with large smiles, joyful claps and lots of treats!
