As per our yearly tradition, some of our Grade 8 and Grade 9 students traveled in the summer of 2019 to Canterbury, UK as part of an educational and cultural experience. To practice and improve their oral communication skills, they attended English classes with native speakers in one of the oldest and most prestigious schools in the UK. They also broadened their cultural knowledge by visiting Leeds Castle, Rye Royal, Madame Tussauds, London Eye, Harry Potter studios, Brighton Pier, Canterbury Town and watched the musical opera “Phantom of the Opera”. Once again our students had the wonderful opportunity to make new friends, master their oral skills, and explore the world.
