On Thursday, October 17, 2019, the 2SB students had the privilege of going on a spiritual retreat to Focolari Center-Ain Aar in an effort to strengthen their relationship with God.

University Christian Outreach (UCO) members and SJS alumni shared some of their spiritual experiences and practical decision-making strategies.

Students watched some parts of the eye-opening spiritual movie, “The Climb”, which made them think twice before questioning God’s plan for them.

They also had the chance to sit in groups with the UCO members in order to share their life problems and learn more about making smart choices.

Throughout the day, students played collective games and shared lunch.

Indeed, it was an unforgettable spiritual retreat, in which students witnessed, through the lives of others, God’s immeasurable power and the significant role He plays in each person’s life.
