“A mother is your first friend, your best friend, your forever friend.”
As students grow older, their desire to spend more time with their friends grows, and sometimes this seems like they spend less time with their moms. However, with time they realize that their true and forever friend is their mom. To show these unique friends appreciation, Grades 7 and 8 celebrated Mother’s Day at school with lots of fun activities.
In Grade 7, moms were invited to join students’ art, theater, music, and multimedia classes.
In Grade 8 during Arabic classes, students celebrated making dishes with their moms while reporting to their classmates every step to prepare the dishes from scratch. In the French period, students played general quizzes, sang songs for their moms and tried pronouncing tongue twisters.
Together students and their moms made new memories and spent quality time together.
