The King will reply, ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.’ Matthew 25:40
Faith, respect and charity - these are the values upon which Saint Joseph School was established 50 years ago.
This year, we celebrate our 50th Jubilee with great joy, as we look back on our history of commitment to the priceless attributes of a Christian-based education that is backed by a strong sense of community and brotherly love.
At SJS, it is our desire and our mission to provide an excellent education to as many children as possible, and our scholarship program has made this a reality. Thanks to the kindness and charity of the SJS community, the scholarship program thrives year after year via our annual fundraising dinner.
On April 30, 2013, our 50th Jubilee Gala held at Biel was a huge success, thanks to all those who attended and donated in support of our scholarship program.
More than 600 guests, including 210 alumni members, in addition to parents, staff and friends of SJS attended this year’s event and enjoyed entertainment by the exceptional talents of Lebanese tenor and alumnus Edgard Aoun accompanied by the pianist and alumnus Elio Kallassi along with 17 other musicians. The vocals, Mrs.Jessy Rammouz and Ms. Karine Nasr enthralled the audience with their lovely voices too.
We look forward to another 50 years of success and achievement!
