One of the major tasks of the Student Affairs Office at the Secondary School Division of Saint Joseph School (SJS) – Cornet Chahwan, is to provide the secondary students with the best orientation resources and the proper university and career guidance.

After receiving the useful resources and the appropriate guidance, Secondary School students should be ready to begin their higher education and career plan. These resources will help them choose wisely the major that they are going to pursue and which will, eventually, lead them to the career path they want to follow.

As part of the orientation and career guidance plan, the SJS Secondary students were invited to attend an online informative meeting, conducted by a professor from the Lebanese University – Faculty of Engineering - Roumieh Branch.  The meeting took place on Wednesday, February 10, 2021.

The purpose of this meeting was to share with future candidates, the relevant data designed to enhance their success as future university engineering students.

The subjects discussed during the meeting were: General information about the University – The Faculty of Engineering Admission Requirements, Entrance Exams – Academic Programs – Career Path.

It was a very informative meeting where the students had the chance to ask all the questions they had in mind.
