Applications (for the year 2026-2027)

• Applications to KG1 Class upon appointment. · The date of birth of your child should fall between February 2023 and January 2024.
• Applications to KG2 Class upon appointment. · The date of birth of your child should fall between February 2022 and January 2023. (Places are limited)
   

General Instructions

• All parents who wish to register their children at SJS, including brothers and sisters, children of staff and alumni, may fill an application as from Monday, October 13, 2025 till Friday, December 12, 2025.
• All applications should be done before the 9^th of December 2025 upon appointment.
   

Required documents for applications

• For Lebanese citizens: The original Identity Card (ID)
• For non-Lebanese citizens: a copy of the passport and of the residency card
• 2 recent photographs
• Photocopy of Baptismal certificate for Christian children
• Application Fee: 2,000,000 LL 

 
Note: The presence of your child is necessary.

• Priority is given to our students' siblings, then to our staff's children and those of Alumni, only if the application is submitted on time.
• On January, 2026 the lists of accepted applicants will be posted at the main entrance of the school and on the school's website (www.sjs.edu.lb).
• To guarantee your child’s enrollment in Saint Joseph School, you are kindly required to follow the procedures and respect the deadlines that will be announced in due time. Failing to do so will cancel the application.   

Requirements for Registration

• The registration fees for the academic year 2026-2027: 5,000,000 LL and 400 $; the sum paid is not refundable.
• The presence of your child is necessary.

Applications to KG3 class and above

• In the event vacancies exist in these classes, applications will be accepted during the month of May.
• Applications are filled out at the Rector’s Office.
• All applicants must sit for entrance exams.
• The date of these exams will be posted on the first day of applications.
• No applications will be accepted for Grade 9 and 3^rd Secondary.

Documents required

• Photocopy of ID card.
• Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate for Christian children.
• Two passport size photos.
• A copy of grades for the last two years.
• Application Fee: 2,000,000 LL 

Registration of Accepted Students

• Registration date will be assigned upon acceptance.
• An official attestation is required.
• The first installment must be paid at the time of registration.
• All payments are non- refundable.
