1. Applications and Appointments

All parents who wish to register their children at SJS, including brothers and sisters, children of staff and alumni, may fill an application as from Monday, October 19, 2026 till Friday, December 18, 2026. Please call the Rector’s Office at 04 925006 or 04 925687 to schedule an appointment for the interview. (Dates of appointments are subject to change).

• Applications to KG1 class.: The date of birth of your child should fall between February 2024 and January 2025.
• Applications to KG2 class.: The date of birth of your child should fall between February 2023 and January 2024. (Places are limited)

Note: The presence of your child is necessary during the interview.

2. Required Documents for Applications

• For Lebanese citizens:

  • The original Identity Card (ID) إخراج قيد أصلي  

  • And a copy of the passport (if available)

• For non-Lebanese citizens: a copy of the passport and of the residency card
• 2 recent photographs
• Photocopy of the Baptismal Certificate for Christian children
• Application Fee: 3,000,000 LL

• Priority is given to the siblings of our students, and the children of staff and alumni, only if the application is submitted on time. 
• To guarantee your child’s enrollment in Saint Joseph School, you are kindly required to follow the procedures and respect the deadlines that will be announced in due time. Failing to do so will cancel the application.  
• The first tuition installment must be paid at the time of registration; the sum paid is nonrefundable.
• For KG2: In case the student attended KG1 at a school in Lebanon, an original certified attestation must be submitted.

Requirements for Registration

• The registration fees for the academic year 2027-2028: 5,000,000 LL and 400 $; the sum paid is not refundable.
• The presence of your child is necessary.

Applications to KG3 class and above

• In the event vacancies exist in these classes, applications will be accepted during the month of May.
• Applications are filled out at the Rector’s Office.
• All applicants must sit for entrance exams.
• The date of these exams will be posted on the first day of applications.
• No applications will be accepted for Grade 9 and 3^rd Secondary.

• Registration date will be assigned upon acceptance.
• An official attestation is required.
• The first installment must be paid at the time of registration.
• All payments are non- refundable.
