We would like to inform you that applications for KG1 and KG2 classes 2026-2027 will be submitted as follows:

A. Applications Procedure

1. Applications and Appointments

All parents who wish to register their children at SJS, including brothers and sisters, children of staff and alumni, may fill an application. Please call Mrs. Leila Saad (Rector’s Office – 04 925006 / 04 925687) in order to take an appointment for the interview. (Dates of appointments are subject to change).

· For KG1 class: The date of birth of your child should fall between February 2023 and January 2024.

· For KG2 class: The date of birth of your child should fall between February 2022 and January 2023. (Places are limited)

   Note: The presence of your child is necessary during the interview.

2. Required Documents for Applications

· For Lebanese citizens: The original Identity Card (ID) إخراج قيد أصلي

· For non-Lebanese citizens: a copy of the passport and of the residency card

· 2 recent photographs

· Photocopy of the Baptismal Certificate for Christian children

· Application Fee: 2,000,000 LL

B. Registration Procedure

· Priority is given to the siblings of our students, and the children of staff and alumni, only if the application is submitted on time. 

· To guarantee your child’s enrollment in Saint Joseph School, you are kindly required to follow the procedures and respect the deadlines that will be announced in due time. Failing to do so will cancel the application.   

· The first tuition installment must be paid at the time of registration; the sum paid is nonrefundable.

· For KG2: In case the student attended KG1 at a school in Lebanon, an original certified attestation must be submitted.

· Note: The presence of your child is necessary in the registration phase.
