The Upper Elementary Division came together to honor and celebrate the top-ranking students who have shown dedication, perseverance, and growth throughout the 2025–2026 academic year.
Guided by this year's school theme, "Whatever you do, do it from the heart," the ceremony was a meaningful celebration of achievement, creativity, and the values that unite us. Our Grade 6 Masters of Ceremony, Christine Rizk and Chris Moussa, shone on stage as they guided us through the event.
The ceremony opened with a theatrical scene, "Orchestra with a Heart." A group of students began playing out of rhythm, until the conductor entered and placed a heart on each musician. From that moment, they played in perfect harmony, not only with their hands, but with their hearts. This beautiful scene was led by Brother Roy Zeidan and Mr. Elie Alam.
Building on this message, Mrs. Elsy Bou Nassif, Upper Elementary Principal, shared the story of two men working in a construction site: one saw himself simply cutting stone, while the other knew he was building a cathedral. Both were doing the same task, but with a different purpose. When we work with purpose and with heart, it makes all the difference.
A heartfelt tribute was then paid to Bishop Elias Farah, the founder of our school, honoring his legacy and the vision that continues to inspire our community.
In a symbolic moment, the top three students of each level filled a mosaic heart with meaningful actions, a reminder that even the smallest acts can make a big difference when done from the heart. Alongside this moment, students joined in a joyful collective performance of "Count on Me," celebrating friendship, trust, and the importance of being there for one another.
On behalf of the Parents' Association, Mrs. Lauri Hage warmly congratulated all the awarded students.
To close the ceremony, Msgr. Chady Bou Habib gave his blessing and congratulated the students, reminding them that real success lies in showing up and standing up for others: when we see someone being bullied and stand by their side, that is true success.
Heartfelt congratulations to all our awarded students! You make us proud through your achievements, character, and dedication. May you continue to shine, make a difference, and always remember that the greatest success comes when we do everything from the heart.
