On Friday, March 7, 2025, the Student Council prepared a spectacular Teacher’s Day event at the Secondary School Division. It was an event that resonated with the student body, capturing the energy and spirit of the SJS Students. The program of the event showed that it was designed to engage and entertain; it was filled with laughter, appreciation, and unforgettable moments.
The event started with a spiritual segment, providing a moment of reflection that reminded us of the values and guidance our teachers provide, not just academically, but also as role models.
The teachers and students participated in a series of hilarious and challenging games demonstrating their competitive spirits and bringing out waves of laughter.
The alive dance, a collaborative performance by students and teachers, was one of the highlights of the event.
The previously prepared videos, including the "Pass the Phone To" and "Advise" segments, were fun and touching.
The most anticipated and talked about segment was the sketch prepared by one of our talented teachers and a group of 3S students. It was a perfect blend of wit and relatable humor.
To conclude the event, the SS Principal, Fr. Maroun Chamoun, delivered a heartfelt closing speech, expressing his sincere gratitude to all the teachers for their dedication and hard work, reinforcing the school's appreciation for their invaluable contributions.
The primary goal of this celebration was to show the teachers just how much they mean to their students.
